Drumskin Lodge and Woodster Cabin are a pair of privately owned cabins overlooking beautiful Donner Lake. They are currently occupied by long term renters.
The cabins have great views of the lake and surrounding mountains from their spacious decks, and are 1 block from the lakeshore and 4 blocks from the popular west end beach. Donner Lake is on the way and close to Lake Tahoe with many fun outdoor activities nearby like hiking, mountain biking, skiing, water sports and fishing.
The larger cabin, "Drumskin Lodge", comfortably sleeps 10 in 2 queen bedrooms, a king bedroom and a large partitioned-off loft. Drumskin Lodge is nicely furnished with large sofas, fireplace, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large deck and great lake and mountain views.
Next Door is "Woodster Cabin". Old locals tell us that Woodster Cabin is probably the oldest surviving cabin on Donner Lake. It has great rustic charm with its rich wood interior and large stone (gas) fireplace, yet its 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and kitchen have been fully modernized.
Both Cabins share a Deluxe 6 person spa Hot Tub with a superb view of the lake.
Both Cabins are equipped with High Speed Internet access and WiFi for that "Working from Home" experience.
